New Agent

for someone just starting out as an agent, or who wants to start working toward getting his/her license.

Seasoned Agent

for that agent who has some deals under his/her belt and wants to move into a system that affords a lot more autonomy and a lot more money than the entry level comp plans with the national firms.

 

Veteran Agent

for that agent who can work almost completely autonomously. This is a 100-percent program where our firm collects and admin fee and an E&O fee on a per-deal basis. 

Team Leader

for the veteran agent who is ready to build a team, and train and support that team underneath him/her. This affords strong leaders the opportunity to grow a business without having all the added responsibility and expense of owning his/her own brokerage.
